Dear colleagues!
For high-quality and timely technical preparation of your presentations, we kindly ask you to prepare your presentations in advance. The Congress events will be held simultaneously in several halls of RTU MIREA.
The plenary reports and panel discussions of the first day (May 20) will be held at the big 650+ seat Congress Hall. The same hall will host plenary reports and panel discussions scheduled for the second and third days of the Congress, as well as sectional reports at the RAREMET:Minerals conference.
Speakers from this category will prepare large-format presentations according to the following requirements:
– Aspect ratio: 22:5
– File size: no more than 10 MB
– File name: last name_initial_22x5 (for example, Ivanov_AB_22x5)
– File type: *.pptx or *.pdf.
– Design template 22:5: download
Regular reports at the RAREMET conferences: RAREMET:Metallurgy, RAREMET:Chemistry and RAREMET:Functional, as well as round tables and expert sessions will be held in two halls of Techno co-working, halls of the Academic Council and other meeting rooms of RTU MIREA.
Standard format presentation for display on regular screens:
– Aspect ratio: 16:9
– File size: no more than 10 MB
– File type: *.pptx or *.pdf.
– File name: last name_initials_16x9 (for example, Ivanov_AB_16x9)
– Design template 16:9: download

We kindly ask you to strictly observe the requirements for the format, name and files size – this will help to avoid technical problems during the Congress.

The speakers of the poster session should prepare posters of A1 format size. The speakers independently print posters and bring them to the Congress on the first day.
Requirements for the posters:
– Size: A1 (59,4 x 84,1 cm)
– Vertical orientation
– color printing
