Abstract requirements for authors

General information
- Please name your file using the first author’s family name and initials (e.g., Ivanov_AM.docx).
- Please prepare the abstract according to the official template.
- The Organizing Committee will perform final layout for the Book of Abstracts; however, authors should follow the template styles as closely as possible.
- The abstract length must be no more than 2 pages (including figures, tables, and references, if used).
- Abstracts should be written in clear scientific English.
- Use standard terminology, SI units, and consistent notation.
- Ensure that author names, affiliations, and contact details are accurate and complete.
Author responsibility and publication policy
- Abstracts are published as submitted (author’s edition). Minor editorial corrections (spelling/grammar/style) may be limited;
- The Organizing Committee does not perform a peer-review of abstracts. The authors are fully responsible for the content, conclusions, and any claims made.
- Authors are responsible that all referenced materials are used legally and ethically.
